March 8 from 8:30 am at the AFPA in Balma: In partnership with the AFPA and Pôle Emploi, Adequat is organising a morning session on the feminisation of aeronautical jobs.

The programme includes a welcome breakfast, a presentation of aeronautical companies, the intervention of trainers, the discovery of aeronautical professions, testimonies and exchanges.

Aeronautical jobs are open to all. More than 300 positions are available (fitter, wirer, cabin integrator...).

Tuesday 28 February from 9:30 am to 1:30 pm: meet our recruitment team at the Aeronautics, Defence & Security job fair in Marignane.

+ More than 300 positions are available (Preparer, Technical Support, Quality Inspector, Electrician, Logistics, ...).

Once again this year, the employees of Derichebourg aeronautics services participated free of charge in the collection of toys in collaboration with "La Croix Rouge". More than 300 toys have been collected, will be cleaned and reconditioned to be distributed to the poorest families, bringing them a little more warmth and joy during this holiday season. Congratulations and thank you all for your generosity and for your commitment!

As part of the European Week for the Employment of People with Disabilities, Derichebourg aeronautics services has multiplied the workshops to raise awareness among all employees on the subject.

Thus, from immersion sessions in the dark to initiation to sign language, the communication department also led educational games at the lunch break at the headquarters in Blagnac.

Accompanied by several Toulouse associations, the week ended in apotheosis on the occasion of a training followed by an armchair basketball match with the Toulouse IRON Club. In parallel with these actions, Derichebourg aeronautics services provides support to employees with disabilities: CESU cheques have been set up to facilitate their daily lives, information campaigns will punctuate 2022 and new workshops will also be offered on site. More generally, as part of the CSR campaign, Derichebourg aeronautics services will sign a partnership with the Stade Toulousain Rugby Handi-Sport to go further in this direction and fully take its role as Ambassador of Diversity.
